"I cry to God and the LORD saves me.  Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress and he hears my voice." Psalm 55: 16-17

Nathan had a very difficult night last night.  He had to be paralized with medication to help with his breathing and his heart.  They also had to remove the artery line in Nates neck that was hooked up to his dialysis.  When they tried to re-insert it early this morning his heart rate increased extremely high and had to be brought back down with medication.  Nate also started with a fever and had to be put on a number of different antibiotics to help control infection.

This morning just before noon they were able to re-insert the artery line. Nate is still paralized to control his breathing.  He needed to be restarted on his blood pressure medication again as well.  Nathan is still in very critical condition.

Please continue to pray that our Heavenly Father will continue to uphold and sustain Nathan and myself as well as the hands of the doctors and nurses.
At this time we would also like to ask that you pray for my younger brother Scott and his fiancee Michelle Ravensbergen.  They are D.V. to be married this Saturday.

"I lift up my eyes to the hills-where does my help come from?  My help comes from the LORD the Maker of heaven and earth." Psalm 121: 1-2

May you continue to find, by God's grace, peace in the midst of trouble, hope in the midst of trial and trust in the midst of chaos. May you continue to knit your will to His and find contentment - even in the face of this adversity. May you see God's loving hand also in this trial and firmly trust His perfect plan for your lives.

'Without our Father's will not a hair can fall from our heads'.

May God comfort you as only He can. We continue to pray for the miracle of healing in Nate's life and strength for each new day.
    Love Eric & Roze

  18. Our prayers continue!!

    Psalm 27, stanza 6
"How I would have despaired in my affliction
If I had not believed that in this life
    The LORD would show His goodness, His protection;
I would have perished in my tears and strife.
Wait for the LORD; be strong and undismayed.
The LORD is faithful. Why then be afraid?
Take courage, for His steadfast love is sure.
Wait for the LORD; His mercy shall endure."

  22. We, too, continue to pray for all of you. As mentioned by others, we were hoping to read of more progress today and were disappointed that it was not so. However, we know that everything is in the Lord's hands and we pray that in His time He will grant healing.

  31. As members of the body of Christ, even though we do not know you and your families, we sense the need for prayer here. It is such a blessing and comfort to see that you also carry your faith ahead as we read each blog.! We wish all involved much strength and courage as you face each moment, each unknown emotion. Praying that our all-knowing Heavenly Father will continue to hold Nathan in His hands for we, as God's children know that HE is in control of each moment of our lives. Praying that you feel His arms surrounding you and His hands holding you up. "Be still and know that I am God.", "The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress." Ps. 46:11
